It was an emergency. I was in a different state, not familiar with the area or felt like looking into my insurance to see if they took it, I was so sick I could not drive myself to an Urgent Care, Having a virtual call was so helpful. The Dr was very knowledgeable even though I have not been his patient and that it was over camera. I will still use my PCP but having access to this an emergencies is great.
