These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the websites, applications, and telemedicine platforms owned and operated by MDNutrics LLC d/b/a Youthful Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine ("Youthful Medicine", “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the services offered through those platforms (the “Services”).
By accessing or using our website or submitting any personal or medical information through our HIPAA-compliant forms or portals, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy] and [Notice of Privacy Practices].
1. Use of Services & Medical Disclaimer
Youthful Medicine provides specialized anti-aging, hormonal, weight loss, and aesthetic treatments under the clinical direction of Farhan Tahir, MD. While our site may offer educational health content, it is not intended to substitute for personalized medical advice. Medical decisions should only be made in direct consultation with Dr. Tahir or another licensed provider in our practice.

2. Patient Relationship and HIPAA Compliance
By submitting information through our online forms or scheduling consultations, you consent to receive communications via our HIPAA-compliant software platforms. We are committed to safeguarding your personal health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA and relevant state laws. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we protect and share your information.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
This Site and our Services are intended only for users 18 years or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Telemedicine and Treatment Limitations
We offer telehealth services delivered by Dr. Farhan Tahir, MD and staff, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Telemedicine is limited to non-emergency consults and may require in-person lab work or diagnostics to confirm eligibility for therapies such as:
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
Hormonal Optimization
Peptide Therapies
IV Nutrition & Aesthetic Injectables
We do not replace your primary care provider. We also do not perform physical exams such as rectal exams or full prostate screenings. You should remain under the care of a PCP for these and other essential preventive services.
5. Prescriptions & Labs
Prescriptions will be provided only if clinically appropriate, following medical consultation, lab analysis, and provider discretion. We do not guarantee prescriptions and we do not prescribe controlled substances. Any medications are for your personal use only, and misuse or noncompliance may result in discontinued care.
Lab testing may be ordered via third-party labs. All lab-related charges are billed separately and directly by the laboratory. We do not control refund policies of labs.
6. Payment & Refunds
Youthful Medicine operates on a cash-pay model. All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or treatment. We do not accept insurance.
Refunds for prepaid packages or subscriptions may be available in accordance with the Refund Policy listed on our website. If you cancel your treatment or membership after services have commenced, we reserve the right to charge for any used portion.
7. Subscription and Recurring Billing (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a recurring service or product subscription:
You authorize charges to your card on file.
You may cancel any time before the next billing cycle.
Prices and terms may change with notice.
8. Communications and Consent to Contact
By providing your email or phone number, you agree to receive secure SMS, voice, or email communication related to scheduling, prescriptions, lab results, and health updates. You can opt-out of non-essential communications by emailing ftahir@youthfulmedicine.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, design, videos, and copy are the intellectual property of MDNutrics LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without express permission.
10. Termination of Access
We may terminate your access to the Site or Services at our discretion, with or without cause. Grounds include suspected misuse, fraud, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youthful Medicine and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use, our services or website.
12. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
Any legal disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action. Arbitration shall occur in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page and your continued use constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
